Tracy's Wine Jellies is a Niagara-on-the-Lake based company offering delicious wine jellies and wine drizzles (est. 1998).
We also offer wine jelly truffle chocolates made by Chelsea Chocolates and our all new No Sugar Gourmet Spreads. The No Sugar Spreads were developed as a result of numerous requests for no sugar products for Diabetics or others watching their sugar intake. Once the no sugar spreads are opened they must be refrigerated and consumed within 3-4 weeks of opening as they are all natural and do not contain preservatives.
Both the wine jellies and chocolates are available for special occasions and wedding favours. Scandalous! The wine jellies are heat sealed and are made with love in an approved kitchen. All jellies require refrigeration after opening. Once the jellies are opened the shelf life is indefinate because both the sugar and the alcohol act as natural preservatives. Our jellies are a unique blend of fruit and wine which make for a very versatile product. We have included some interesting recipe ideas on the next page. My interior design background has inspired many beautiful packaging ideas which make Tracy's Wine Jellies the 'perfect' gift.
